“Very helpful and down to earth engineer.He assessed the facts and the practical work.In my case he had to take over someone else's half done work but helped me by pointing out the issues and allowed me enough time to finish the required to obtain Form 16 for certification. The fee was a bit high but I thought it was ok as he had to take over the job and then re assess everything to ensure they were all legal. I recommend this company to anyone.”

“Worked with Sunbuilt Constructions as a subcontractor, I can honestly say that the amount of time and the attention to detail that the builder put in was the highest quality. Additionally, the builder was consistently looking to save the clients money and achieve exactly what they wanted in regards to change. Overall I would highly recommend Sunbuilt Constructions”

He help a lot during our planning phase, making sure the "blue sky" thinking of our architect did translate into real-world results that we were extremely happy with. He was up front and honest at all times, giving us all the information we needed to make key decisions with our project.”
