“With our family out-growing the family room and the probability of not being able to live on three levels, as we grew older, we decided to explore the possibility of enlarging our family room and adding a first floor bedroom, bath and laundry area to our home. We contacted Glen Stuckel, a local homebuilder, to see if an addition to our home was possible. Glen quickly presented ideas for an addition to our home. We worked together refining his plan and soon the new addition was under construction. When completed on schedule, the addition is more than we had hoped for. The quality of workmanship is great. The space is very functional and a wonderful gathering place for family celebrations. We now live comfortably on one floor and plan to remain in our home for many years. We highly recommend Glen Stuckel as a builder. He is creative, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and builds wonderful living spaces. Bill and Bicky Schiphorst”

“My name is Brad Dowell and I own Time to clean, a new construction cleaning company, I've been doing Brian's work for over ten years. I work for over fifty builders and Castlebuilt is in my top five builders in my opinion. He detail and home design is so different than other builders. He seems to have a knack for being right on with his homeowners. Brian is very easy to talk with and takes his time in explaining and going over each step with what he wants in a scope of work. I will say one key item about Brian, he's hands on with his homes. He is always on the job and that's important as a perspective home buyer. I would recommend Castlebuilt homes to anyone wanting a beautiful home built the right way.”

“My husband and I worked with Michael O'Dea in 2001 to build our first home in the Forest Springs North subdivision in Louisville, KY. Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work. (Honestly, I'm not sure I would have even caught that but knowing that our builder did and made it right before we questioned it, assured us that we found the right builder.)”
