“David Hawkes completely rebuilt our deck earlier this year. After weeks of attempting to comply with the requirements of city of Johns Creek, he was finally able to get started. BTW, in order to comply, David had to produce at least a dozen architectural quality drawings and meet with city engineers, which he did so willingly. In spite of many rain delays, David completed the deck in a reasonable amount of time. When the inspector came out for the final inspection, he was amazed at the quality of the deck and the amount of hardware used in its construction. He said he had never seen anything like it and that it far exceeded code. David even built my wife a beautiful swing that really looks great. We are so satisfied with David's expertise that we are using him to renovate our bathrooms. We very highly recommend him for any construction needs.”
