“A few years ago, we hired Midwest Luxury Baths to remodel our master bath -- a bath that had been poorly designed with a large Jacuzzi tub, no shower, and was very outdated. We had sought other contractors to remodel the room, but none could offer a plan or a price that was satisfactory. Marcy DeShong met with us, listened to our desires, and personally redesigned the entire bath plan that would offer more open space while including a large shower, a nice whirlpool tub, and a full-sized counter with a centered sink for about half the price other contractors were quoting for much less modification. The finished appearance of the room , the quality and durability of the products used, and Marcy's willingness to be certain we were pleased with our new bathroom were second to none. We were indeed so pleased we hired Midwest a second time to complete a partial remodel of our main bathroom, a job also done well. We would highly recommend Midwest Luxury Baths.”

“We used the Waire Group to add some finishing touches to our basement. Some of the finishings they completed for us included installing crown moulding and trim work throughout the basement, adding a stone facade and backsplash to our wet bar area, and installing new flooring in the bar area. Charlie and his team were great to work with and easy to talk to about any concerns we had throughout the process. They even worked with us by providing some alternate ideas so that we could accomplish our goals while staying in our budget! They finished the work in a timely manner and we LOVE our basement!”

He built a 3,000 square foot with 3,000 square foot walk out basement All Brick Custom Ranch for my Family. My Home is Very Modern with a flare of Country (barn doors, and touches of rustic) Randy Shaffer is one of the few Truly Honest Custom Home Builders left that builds with such High Quality. Randy listens and can visualize or can find someone that can visualize what you are trying to accomplish and he gets it done. He meets deadlines, and sticks to budgets and he even gives you flexibility in your budget to either go up or down with your choices of options in your home. In addition to all that, this is completely incredible and unheard of; I can still call Randy today, 3 years later to ask him a question and Randy will answer his phone and try to help me and or fix the problem. In my option the best Custom builder in Indianapolis! You can't go wrong with Randy Shaffer Custom Homes!”
