His estimating tools and communication skills far surpass those of any other residential builder I have seen. Both the homeowner and I felt informed from the beginning, and we were updated multiple times each week with photos and descriptions regarding the job's progress. I always felt engaged with the the project so I could weigh in on important issues as they happened. I recommend Dan to anyone looking to build a house or take on a large addition/renovation.”

“We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

“We hired Bryan to remodel our outdated kitchen. We got several estimates before deciding on Bryan's company. He gave us a written estimate, as well as a detailed step-by-step timeline of when the work would be performed and who would be doing the work. He has a competent project manager who came by at least twice a week to check on the work, and to see if we had any concerns or issues. If for some reason something was delayed Bryan himself called us to explain the delay and to give us a completion date. He helped us design our space and gave us information on where to shop for cabinets, appliances, tile, granite, etc. He worked with us each step of the way. His entire team is professional and respectful of your wants and individual circumstances. A few months after the job was completed we had a concern about something so we contacted Bryan. He came out with his project manager to talk with us, and the very next day he sent one of his best employees out to take care of our concern. He stands by his work no matter the issue or time lapsed from completion of the project. We were very happy with with the job and have been loving our new kitchen.”

We have had our home for 17 years and have done several large remodel projects, Sterling Custom Interiors is by far the best, and the experience that we have had with Aaron on two projects thus far has been exceptional! He is a skilled craftsman and pays very close attention to detail. His rates are extremely competitive and the value is phenomenal. If you are interested in high quality and truly professional, craftsman level work, he is the only one to seek out in Middle Tennessee, greater Clarksville and Ashland City area. We absolutely could not be happier with the results of this latest project, master suite and bath remodel, and the manner in which he completed it! Top notch, premier experience!”
