“We hired Shelter 7 to renovate a vacation home we purchased on Nantucket Island. We had originally thought of adding an addition on to the existing home as we wanted an extra bedroom, bathroom and mudroom. Jason came up with a creative layout of the home that used the same building footprint and eliminated the need for a costly addition. Throughout the entire process Jason made it extremely stress free and exciting for us. Jason created a version of our home which we have fallen in love with! We would highly recommend Shelter 7 for any of your building/design needs.”

“From design stage to finish this builder was professional, listened thoughtfully and worked with us until WE were satisfied with the finished work. Several misunderstandings occurred, but they presented no arguments or problems. Items were quickly remover and replaced to our satisfaction. We did not live in the immediate area where our new home was being built but this presented no problem. Emails & phone calls were returned promptly even on weekends. The quality of the materials used was top of the line and the millwork and hardwood is beautifully done. The workmen & women on site were always polite and courteous. Most importantly we had a written finish date in our contract that this fine tuned team came in on time with. It was a pleasure to work with this fine Company. Their reputation is well earned.”
