“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

The project included renovation of four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an office/computer room downstairs. Paul Golich (design), Chris Allan (project manager), and all JS Brown employees were professional, responsive to our concerns, and a pleasure with whom to work. We can recommend them at the highest level.”

“Jassen and his entire crew were awesome to work with. They are fast, accurate, clean, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They are very quick to respond to any questions and always making sure I was happy with everything. I used Jennifer Kemp Design Services to help pick out everything from tile, light fixtures, paint, and decor. I would still be picking everything out if it wasn't for Jennifer. I was very indecisive and she was quick to pick up on what would work for me and my space and making it work with the items that I was keeping. I would highly recommend J. Holderby Renovations and will use them for future projects.”

They do a thorough job trying to give you an accurate estimate. They are punctual, respectful of my time and my home. I have said before they may not give you the lowest estimate, but it will be accurate and the work will be high quality.”

“From start to finish, Ryan was awesome. I had interviewed a few contractors and was less than pleased with their ideas and recommendations. Ryan brought a fresh sets of eyes to this very extensive project and was able to offer me exactly what I wanted. This was a total gut job and the results are excellent. I am very pleased to say the least. Ryan was very accommodating and offered solutions to anything I threw at him - which was a lot. The compliments from neighbors, friends etc. have been overwhelming. I would definitely hire Ryan again and highly recommend his company to anyone contemplating a renovation. I could not have asked for a nicer person as a contractor.”
