“Leff Construction renovated our house, added on a sun room, built decks surrounding our house, changed the roofline because of the add on, and installed landscaping. They worked on our home, improving it from one end to the other, for over a year. During that time they showed up every day, provided top rate work, both from their construction crew and their sub contractors, and remained respectful and helpful throughout. The billing was clear and honest. Whenever something needed correcting (which was seldom), it was accomplished quickly and thoroughly. To attest to how much I respect Leff Construction, we have become good friends with Dave Leff, and I have served on a nonprofit board with him for several years. I know that's a rare and precious outcome from a house remodel. I continue to ask his company to do small jobs for us when they occur, and I recommend him highly to anyone undertaking construction or remodeling.”

“Wonderful experience! I had ordered a pre-made kitchen island I felt would be too large. I went to Heritage Salvage not knowing what to expect, but sure a custom island would be out of my budget. They said they could make me something for the same price I was going to pay for the other...and then worked with me to design something exactly to my needs and specifications. It was a very fun experience. The best part is the wood is from a pre 1906 earthquake building in San Francisco, where I grew up. I love that the heart of my kitchen has a story!”

While the actual work will not commence until a year from now Kaeso and his team were able to provide us with comfort that this is a property with endless possibilities to create a great living environment and add value for the long term. Ideas for typical California coastal living (we're only 15 minutes from Stinson Beach and can see the ocean from our house) and quintessential Mill Valley living were both explored. They helped with all the design work and showed us incredible 3D models of what it would look like in advance so there were no surprises. They were also very present throughout the process helping to make sure the demo, pool building, and landscaping all went smoothly. We would've been lost without the guidance of Miles and Jeff. “We have partnered with Jeff Kraft to remodel two houses (one was modern and the other a historic home; both were amazingly transformed), and strongly recommend him. He is a design/build expert, and highly knowledgeable about the building permit process so that it moves very quickly, something that we strongly appreciate after past projects with other builders became mired in the permit process. He is able to envision the end result/future state, and yet knows exactly what has to happen to achieve it. He is a talented builder and you feel a very strong sense of partnership in working with him. And possibly most importantly, his guidance saves you money; we were ready to purchase a set of glass shower doors for our newly remodeled bathroom, and he said wait, here's the place you order them from, and it saved us $4K just on that one purchase!”

“G Family Construction are nice people who are easy to talk to. They listened to my ideas and gave me some additional ideas which improved my plan. An additional window was installed and two French doors replaced old sliders and single door. Additional carpentry work for cabinets, etc. On the eⅹterior French drains were installed and a sump pump was installed in basement.”
