“They installed a concrete block wall on the east side of my property, repaired a small portion of the garage concrete slab, poured a new concrete garage slab outside of the garage door, poured concrete by fence posts, poured concrete along the concrete block wall, roof repaired by installing missing shingles on the east side of the house, north side of the chimney and nailed existing fascia on the west side of the house. Each person was very professional. All the projects were completed quickly and timely with beautiful quality ending results. All my questions were answered by Heather, Jennifer, Dave and his crew. Each person was very knowledgeable about each project. I am very satisfied with the completion of each project. I would hire this company again for future projects.”

“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“We've had crews from SJ Janis work on two separate projects over the years; one was to remodel the entire four bedroom second floor (including taking off 5 layers of roofing!) of our 100 year old home. The second was five years later for a sun porch update. Both were conducted with professionalism that made us not lose sleep at night (at least the fact that they came on time every day, cleaned up routinely and were very amiable to work with). They had great ideas, had good work ethic, and made our first project (the whole family lived in our living room for nine months) very tolerable. At the start of our project, owner, Tim Rigsby gave us a very detailed outline of projected costs and deadlines. While the project was in progress, we received weekly emails updating us on the work that would be completed along with the specific days and times workers would be at our home. Tim made regular visits to the job site to make sure the work was being completed accurately and on time. Everyone was professional and courteous.
