They are very professional and even went as far as taking us to a few of their project homes to show us the quality of work and some past successes. “I worked with Bakken Design Build to build a new three-story (attic on the top floor) home and garage from an existing foundation (garage has new foundation poured). The owner, Joel, was insightful during the planning and design phases, taking the time to meet me and discuss any questions or requests I had. He had great ideas and was able to plan well, also having given advice on living areas that I would not have thought about. During construction, the Bakken Design Build staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with me stopping by the project site to asking questions or just checking out the work. Design or material choices were always offered with dollar amounts, preventing surprises. Overall, this company was a pleasure to work with, taking the project from start to completion. I've been living in the home for several months now, and it's a lovely place to be. The design aesthetics often get complements from passerby's and neighbors.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family.
