“I hired Dennis Shaefer to build two gazebos in the late 1980's and to remodel my basement in the early 1990's. His work is excellent and long lasting. We recently had the gazebo at our home which was built in 1988 refinished and it looks like it was built just yesterday. The second gazebo he built was on the shores of Lake Michigan at our northern retreat. It has withstood 25 years of extreme wind, cold, sun and sand and still looks as beautiful today as it did when it was first built in 1989. Another advantage to hiring Dennis is that he stands by his work and will correct any future problems. Moreover, even years after he built our products he was ready and able to repair roof damage when some of the shingles blew off from hurricane force winds on Lake Michigan. (The wind only damaged one section of the roof and the Cupola, The same wind capsized a number of boats in Lake Michigan and uprooted trees hundreds of feet from the shoreline..
