Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “We hired Siena to put an addition on our house in 2009. We added a bedroom, bathroom, bonus room, upstairs laundry facilities, mudroom and bumped out our garage. We chose Siena after a bidding process based on plans from an independent architect. We chose Siena because of their competitive pricing and because of their reputation for quality work completed in a timely manner. The time factor was very important to us as we lived in our home during the construction process. We are extremely happy with Siena's work. All of the subs were extremely considerate of our family and went out of their way to be kind to our young children. The construction has proven to be of excellent quality, and we are certain that we made the right decision in choosing Siena to do our project. I also have to add that the work was finished a full week ahead of schedule (out of a 12 week schedule which in and of itself is fast).”

We wanted a character home with a more modern layout, but were intimidated by the renovation process. Dave and Russ have made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. When we were house hunting, they helped us understand the potential of homes as well as the budget that would be required to help us achieve our vision. During the renovation process, working with a company where the architect and the builder are partners and have a track record of working together made the whole process smooth and seamless. Most importantly, the design and the execution of that design was flawless and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. “We began working with Cheryl on plans for our vacation home when we originally hired her as an architect. After taking the plans to several builders, her company as well, her bid was competitive and we felt she would do best at building our vision of our home. Cheryl's team worked through this horrible past winter and our house was pretty much finished on time with little issues. We enjoyed working with Cheryl and her team and are very happy with their finished product. At the end of the build we really appreciated Cheryl's willingness to respond to our schedule needs and overall understanding of how everyone was impacted by this winter.
