“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. Their professionalism and kindness went a long way to making this easier on the three of us. Last, I highly recommend Make Her Mark LLC. You won't be disappointed. “Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”
