“We consider Olivera Construction to be the best builder in our area. Their professionalism, attention to details, quality of products and customer service is unsurpassable. They were all a pleasure to work with and their commitment to excellence shows in their work. We completely renovated our home, from the floor up! We moved out for 5 months and Olivera Construction created exactly what we wanted. They stayed close to the original budget and completed it on schedule. From new flooring throughout the entire house and pavers for the lanai and pool area. A new kitchen layout was designed with an entry from our living room. Phillip Olivera understood the kitchen design style we were looking for and was instrumental in relaying our ideas to his cabinet maker. We tore down the walls between our children's playroom, two bedrooms and shared bathroom and gave them new space with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom closet was increased and the powder bath and master bathroom also received new fixtures and cabinets. These were just the large projects, the list goes on and on and everything was completed perfectly.”

“I purchased a house from Latitude Builders in May of this year. Sergey Komarvo is one of the owners of this company and represented the company through the buying process. He is a building professional, very easy to work with and most of all very responsive when we tried to get in touch with him after the sale of the house. His workmanship and attention to detail is by far better than most of the new houses I looked at. When we did our walk thru, nothing was a problem to correct, Every concern was addressed, we had no issues on the second walk thru. If I decide to build a new house in the Orlando area, his company will definitely build it. Excellent quality, attention to detail, innovative design and competitive pricing per square foot. I recommend this company and suggest contact them before you select a builder to build your dream house.”

“We hired S&W Kitchens to renovate our Master Bath. Sarah Kraus was our designer. Sarah was a joy and pleasure to work with. From the beginning she really listened to our vision, our ideas and somewhat lengthy list of desires for our bathroom. She was able to incorporate what she heard from us, saw in our way of living and personal design, to create a gorgeous, functional and unique Master Bathroom that we will enjoy and appreciate for many, many years to come. Our vision came to fruition with Sarah's amazing design skills and artistic flair. Truly a dream collaboration. Sarah was there for us through the entire process. There were a few bumps in the road, as expected in a project of this size, but Sarah responded quickly and did what it took from her perspective to correct or overcome any issues that came up. Chris, the superintendent, took quick care of the issues from his end. Sarah became a friend through this process and I would not hesitate to recommend her and have her design our next project. I would also like to mention that all of the people we worked with throughout this project were first rate and a pleasure to talk to and work with. Their skills were evident which shows in the end result. We have a great deal of respect for everyone who participated in our project.”

“Working with EMC Interior Design has truly been a pleasure! After the recent birth of my son, I needed someone that I could trust to help me with several design projects in my new home. On a recent window treatment project, she helped to create a vision based on the ideas we discussed together.
