One of the things I most appreiate about Susan's work is that she can do an entire house, or just update an area. IN my home I had a kitchen update I wanted to do-- she worked within my budget to find the most bang for my buck to update the space and it came out wonderfully!”

“My first contact with Bryce Biery Construction came upon the recommendation of a window restorer. He assured me Biery Construction was one of the best in the business and I'm delighted to say that no truer words have ever been spoken. The decorative wood trim on my 35 year old Tudor style home was slowly deteriorating not to mention the moisture that was eating away at parts of the synthetic stucco. Bryce immediately determined that aluminum 'flashing' was needed where the stucco met the brick. He also suggested using Windsor boards to replace the trim which has a lifetime warranty. The newly installed trim really freshened up the exterior and looks original to the house while the aluminum flashing has eliminated my water issues. Bryce also enlarged two single casement windows to double casements and again, they look original to the home. Finally, his clean up is absolutely meticulous. I've never seen a stray nail, sawdust, or any other evidence that a work crew has been at my home. I look forward to a long professional relationship with Bryce Biery Construction. The guy absolutely knows his stuff. Compared to other contractors I've dealt with, he is an expert in all areas of home construction and repair. It is with pleasure that I HIGHLY recommend Bryce Biery Construction for any and all home improvement needs.”

“Leslie saved my kitchen. She's a great person to hire to come talk to you for a few hours about the possibilities she sees. In my case she knew exactly what wall to remove to completely open up the space while preserving the formal dining room; every other designer had suggested turning it into something not appropriate for the era or house. That said, she also knows how to mix the modern with the traditional, to make new modern things work with older houses. She can work with any builder you choose but her father Dave Noggle Builders did our work and it was outstanding.”

“It was truly outstanding to work with Bailey & Weiler. Each player was a consummate professional, from the foreman and workers on the job, to their helpful office manager, and the wonderful guidance provided by both Don and Craig. I felt that each person was invested in the success of making our space both beautiful and functional, and not one disappointed us!! I hired Bailey & Weiler to transform my very dated kitchen. Their suggestions during the design process were amazing. They took the time to ask questions not only about what I wanted, but asked questions about how we lived....how much I cooked, how we wanted to use the space, etc. One suggestion saved me a good deal of money, as we opted to refinish some older hardwoods, staining them darker and sanding them down past a very dated bevel edge rather than installing new flooring, as I was prepared to do. Another suggestion created a more natural flow from one space to the other. I was blown away with their vision, but also, their understanding of my needs and hopes for the space. The workmanship was outstanding. I felt completely comfortable with the foreman and workers on the job, and they left the space spotless each night when they left. Even the subs were all timely, professional and talented. Their professionalism and friendliness helped to make the remodeling process a much easier one! Throughout the process, the office manager frequently checked in to ensure we were keeping on budget, to address any questions, and to ensure that my every question was answered in a timely fashion. She always made herself available, and I appreciated the transparency and participation in the process. And the final outcome has surpassed any hope I could have had for this space. Every detail was finely examined and brought to perfection. I now have a kitchen that is not only MUCH more functional for the way I cook, entertain and live, but it is absolutely magazine-beautiful! From inspiration and design through the construction process and the final outcome, Bailey & Weiler created a perfect space for us. I cannot speak more highly about any member of this entire team, and I will DEFINITELY call upon them for our next remodeling job.”

“Quality is the best term I can use for Prodigy Hardwood Interiors. I have always wanted genuine hardwood flooring in my house. When I went to the big home improvement store I would find that the sales people could barely tell me the difference between true hardwood and fake laminate. After a dedicated search I found Prodigy. From the get go I was highly impressed by their knowledge of all of the different hardwoods available. The courtesy was first rate and the suggestions offered were explained to me in a way that I could understand so I could make an educated decision on what would be best for my home and family. At that point I knew I was working with real professionals. But that's when I got a little nervous because we were on a pretty tight budget and this sounded like one of those to good to be true situations. Then I was surprised to find that they offer a whole range of products from $3 per square foot to $30 per square foot. They installed exactly the flooring (Brazilian Walnut) I wanted and did it under our budget. Prodigy is the real deal and I would and will recommend them to any one needing a high quality job done right. My sincere thank you Prodigy!”
