“Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

“After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. “Steve and the team at Egg did a brilliant job with our very tired en-suite and master bedroom. From initial design ideas, which Steve was able to convey in such a way that we completely subscribed to the overall design, through refinements, strip-out, installation, decorating, flooring, plumbing, electrics and minor snagging, everything was done with care, thoughtfulness, and consideration for us living through the works etc. The team he used was excellent, really good craftsmen who seemed to build everything from scratch and amended the design as installation proceeded and we wanted something slightly different as finishing touches. All in all a really fantastic premium design and build service, with real quality and care for the customer at the front of mind. We are thrilled with the result. We did get though an awful lot of tea as well......”

“great team. highly experienced in icf, concrete and steel. very adaptable and listen. i wish i had engaged pbs from the start and not depend on an architect for building advice. so , i suggest contact them first and then engage an architect. also, important to choose a structural engineer who knows about ICF”
