They do much larger projects as well but so far, all my jobs have been on the smaller scale. Should I need anything larger, I would not hesitate calling them first.”

“Pete and his team did a complete refinishing of our basement. It was done in two stages: the first included designing the empty space to make it most functional for us. We needed apartment type living as our daughter and two granddaughters are living with us. We wanted as much light as possible which he accomplished with the installation of extra windows and great lighting. In addition to a living area, we needed a desk area, a bedroom and bath and plenty of usable storage. He covered existing support posts and added closets. The second stage was begun after three years when we decided a kitchen was also needed so Pete again used his design expertise by converting the desk area into a wonderful kitchen which includes plenty of cabinet and counter top space, a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and stove along with the addition of a beautiful, functional breakfast bar. Pete and his carpenters, plumbers and others were always respectful, on time and kept us abreast of what was happening on a daily basis. There were no unexpected delays. We could not have asked for a better outcome.”

I had to save for a long time in order to get these projects done and it was important to me that they were done right. In today's world it is difficult to find people that are going to do a great job at a fair price. “In November of 2016, our home burned down. The insurance company gave us one year to find a builder, make plans, get all permits, knock down what was left of our old home and build a new home. We met with several builders and received estimates from all. It was clear our best choice was Frankland Builders. “Cliffeton is hands down the best house designer I’ve ever met. We remodeled her (entire) house in the borough of Camp Hill, and Whether it’s interior or exterior she has a vision that is difficult to perceive through my eyes (I’ve been doing this work for 30 years), and I think I’m pretty good at design and decor, but Cliffeton is in another world. One time there was a guy listening to Sammy Hagar play his guitar, once Sammy quit playing the guy was so impressed he said to Sammy, “Sammy, that was awesome, Eddie can’t play that tune as good as you just did”, Sammy turned and said, “not only can Eddie play that tune as good as I can, he can play it in 6 different languages!”. Eddie was that good. As far as I’m concerned Cliffeton is the Eddie VanHalen of the decorating/design world. Never met anyone with such vision, yet not objectionable to other opinions in fact listened and made a couple changes based on our workers suggestions, so she is also a listener. Total class act, consider hiring Cliffeton for your real estate or home renovation/remodeling projects. You won’t be disappointed!”
