“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”
