“We used the Waire Group to add some finishing touches to our basement. Some of the finishings they completed for us included installing crown moulding and trim work throughout the basement, adding a stone facade and backsplash to our wet bar area, and installing new flooring in the bar area. Charlie and his team were great to work with and easy to talk to about any concerns we had throughout the process. They even worked with us by providing some alternate ideas so that we could accomplish our goals while staying in our budget! They finished the work in a timely manner and we LOVE our basement!”

“Randy and Eric provided us with a beautiful design for our backyard that incorporated all of our wishes and then Adam followed through with a great final product - new porch, pergola over dining area and separate seating area with water feature and a fire pit. In addition, Adam turned a screened in porch to a four season room. They were professional, communicated well, cleaned up daily and went above and beyond with getting the city to approve the change to a four season room.”

“We had a positive experience with Haus WERK/Build relevant to a kitchen renovation in our mid-century modern home. Project involved designing kitchen and dining area consistent with original architectural features and style of home, and complete renovation including demolition to the studs, all new plumbing and electrical, cabinetry, appliances, lighting, etc. Team was responsive to questions/concerns, sensitive to the fact that we were living in the home during renovation, and detail-oriented. We will hire them again for our next project!”

My Home is Very Modern with a flare of Country (barn doors, and touches of rustic) Randy Shaffer is one of the few Truly Honest Custom Home Builders left that builds with such High Quality. Randy listens and can visualize or can find someone that can visualize what you are trying to accomplish and he gets it done. He meets deadlines, and sticks to budgets and he even gives you flexibility in your budget to either go up or down with your choices of options in your home. In addition to all that, this is completely incredible and unheard of; I can still call Randy today, 3 years later to ask him a question and Randy will answer his phone and try to help me and or fix the problem. In my option the best Custom builder in Indianapolis! You can't go wrong with Randy Shaffer Custom Homes!”
