“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. “Matthew Mumme and Co. more than fulfilled my expectations! He gave 125% of his time and energy. His ideas surprised me, amazed me, and "blew away" the honored guests. He made my home feel as if it were a million dollar palace with the outside decor, the china plates, the silver serving pieces, REAL wine glasses, and on and on! The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. “What started with moving furniture and noticing a soft spot in the carpet along the edge of an outside wall and a water spot suddenly appearing in the ceiling above it with San Antonio’s heavy rains of Sept 2018 started our journey with DMJ Restorations. Sam Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the insurance process and, because of his efforts, we actually received more money than we might have received otherwise. We learned a lot along the course. We have been so pleased with their entire team for a multitude of tasks they did for us – roofing, demolition, construction, sheetrock, painting and carpet installation. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they were going to do (and then some), and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. All while respecting our home and its contents. They paid attention to all of the little details, some we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. Would we recommend them to others? YOU BET and without hesitation!”

“Gregory Thomas designed and oversaw the remodeling of my kitchen, the Corvallis Blue Kitchen as seen in his projects. He listened well and understood what I wanted, helping me refine my ideas and blend them with his. His design changed the kitchen without changing the footprint which shortened the job. Work started and was finished on schedule. While things such as under counters drawers for china storage will allow me to age more gracefully in place, that the new kitchen functions well is topped by the beauty of the space. Photos can be seen in his projects.”

“We have been working with Weston Dean since January of this year. They have worked closely with us to bring about the design and now building of our custom home that has been in our mind and dreams for over 30 years. We found that all the team members have listened closely to what we were saying and have worked to put to paper what we have wanted and planned for these many years. We have interviewed and talked to many builders before we decided to build with Weston Dean. The budget has been very transparent the whole time and they have all worked with us to keep us on track. Of course, there have been a few problems that have come up, and they have been diligent in helping resolve those issues as they occurred. Our construction is moving along very well and on schedule. We are very satisfied with their performance and would recommend them without reservation.”
