“Construction Solutions completed three projects for me within a four year period. The first was to dismantle and rebuild a water-logged tub surround. They replaced the window with glass blocks for privacy and a sliding screen window for ventilation. Although it has been four years, it still looks like new. only a little touch up on the window has been necessary. the second and third were completed two years ago. one was laying down paving stones for a patio with a walkway; the other was replacing windows with a customized bay and window seat. I have been very pleased with the results. My older children enjoy drinking their coffee every morning semi reclined in the sunlight.”

“We selected J&B over 4 other contractors to finish our basement and create a bonus room (laundry/craft/sewing room) over our garage. From beginning to end, J&B were consummate professionals - they were continuously available regardless of the day or time of day, they were courteous in both word and action and they were highly respectful of our home's private space. In addition to these important client sensitivities, J&B did exceptional work in our basement and bonus room - the attention to detail and workmanship was extraordinary; we frequently receive compliments about our basement and bonus from guests. While there were a couple issues along the way, J&B rapidly corrected the situation and made good on the work. J&B is a values-based company that is extraordinarily competent with fair and reasonable prices - I would hire them again in a minute! Superb!”

“Jerry and his team at D.G. Liu installed a new roof deck on my town home in DC which included installing a set of stairs from the third floor through the roof, building a parapet to house the new stairs, and installing a Trex roof deck. In addition, Jerry's team also completed general refreshing work throughout my house (e.g., repainting, new moldings, new faucets, new locks, etc.). All of the work was completed timely, professionally and cleanly. I did not move out of my during this 4-5 month process, and I came home every night to a spotless house. I highly recommend D.G. “Duane Rager and his crew have been helping us for five years. We first hired them to add a bathroom and some lighting in our cottage. A year later we had them back to add a screened porch and few odds and ends around the place, including rebuilding one of the piers under the house. When we moved last year they came to our house we were selling and did everything from paint and carpet to installing a shower and replacing the eaves. Our new home was built in the 1920s and needed a lot of renovation. Duane's crew renovated the plumbing and electricity. They installed vintage lights. They put up drywall and painted. There were four bathrooms gutted and redone. But the best was the custom built shelf unit in the large community room. This was all done within time and cost estimate. The crew is friendly and knowledgable and very professional in every way. Duane was willing to work with me to use my ideas and offered great advice and suggestions without making me feel he was trying to "sell me" his ideas. My confidence and trust in Rager Construction is unlimited!”

“Review for Jason Wolfe In 2017, my husband and I purchased a two bedroom condominium in Bethesda, MD. We were entirely new to the area with no knowledge as to skilled craftsmen available. At the recommendation of an interior designer Mr. Jason Wolfe was contracted to take this bare unit and turn it into a first class luxury apartment. I advised Mr. Wolfe as to my wishes/needs for the unit and to provide collection display suggestions for lighting, shelving, construction, and wall treatments. And at the same time incorporating our existing furniture and art work. Mr. Wolfe’s had unique suggestions for our Chinese antiques and the skill to construct two museum-quality display units. His construction ability coupled with a sense of design and a good eye, is impressive. In summary we were very pleased with the final product and recommend him without reservation.”
