“We hired Steve from "By Design Custom Builders" for our 3,200 sf home renovation which was completed in two phases (downstairs living level in 2014 and upstairs bedroom level in 2016). The lower level reno was fairly extensive, with walls removed and a kitchen redesign. The upper level included updates of all BR/BA's, as well as a complete remodel of our master bath. We had a preconceived vision for the design, so Steve referred me to his preferred industry professionals who made the selection process for the various finishing elements a breeze. With Steve's communication, everyone was very clear about the budget and careful to stay on track. Steve's crew members were highly skilled professionals who obviously took pride in their work. We are sad to say we have since moved out of that home. But for the purpose of this review, it's worth noting we recouped every bit of our renovation investment after selling just 1 year post-project completion.
