On the recommendation from a friend in the building trades, we hired Bryant Boyd to design and provide build to spec drawings. He and his staff were very easy to work with throughout the entire process. When it came time to solicit bids, we included Bryant Boyd along with two other well known and highly recommended builders. He was the only one who arrived with every one of the associated building trades and he was the lowest bidder. AND not only was everything completed ahead schedule but to my surprise, when all of the incremental billings came in, it was under cost. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished.
