“I highly recommend Scooter Lofton and Treo Signature Homes. They operate with integrity and are up to date with trends, technologies, and code requirements. They understand the local market. They understand customer service. I don't think any construction process is perfect, and I've come to expect a few challenges along the way, but if your contractor will embrace the challenges and do the right thing then you have a good contractor - that was my experience with Scooter and Treo. They did a fairly extensive cosmetic renovation totaling about $75,000, and in my opinion provided excellent work and value.”

“Laurel Haven Homes was our choice to build our dream home. After meeting with several builders, Curt Sexton gave us a feeling of trustworthiness. His presentation was engaging and open during our interview when we had some difficult questions. We had Curt help us select our architect and interior designer after going through "a get to know you" process. Laurel Haven Homes was there from beginning to end. Curt was with us during our architect meetings and had his interior designer, Regina Cortoneo, keeping track of our vision for our home through the selections process. At the end , we were very satisfied with our home and it's efficient design. We highly recommend them.”
