Most recently, he remodeled our third floor guest bathroom where he installed a custom tile shower and introduced a creative solution to the sloped ceiling and lack of headroom by installing a skylight. He also did floor heat, which our guests love. He will be our first call if we have another project.”

“Very happy with work done in 2013 on second floor of house built in the early 1900's. Crew was respectful of the property and the fact that we lived in the house while under construction. We decided to rehire M L Murdy in 2017 for kitchen and living room remodel. Design plans are impressive, and utilization of space is maximized. Team is responsive to customer's needs, and communication is easy. We highly recommend this company!”

“Common Vision did a major addition to my small house, designing and building the perfect space for my tiny lot, matching existing moldings and trims, listening to my wants and desires, with professional staff, fine materials, excellent workmanship and pleasant communications. It came in on time and on budget. And they stand behind their work, making repairs long after the project was completed. I continue to be delighted with my new sunroom, bath and home office.”

“Wonderful experience--Mike Nadeau is a talented and creative designer and builder with a super team who are courteous, thorough and highly skilled. He is very willing to be available and visited the project site regularly, often pitching in to do some of the work himself. He uses a first rate team of associates including carpenters, structural engineers, electricians, excavators, painters and HVAC personnel and manages to coordinate their arrivals and departures like a smoothly running broadway show with no wasted time or delays. They did a major renovation including building a large add-on family room, a new kitchen, wrap-around deck, portico and repair of a substantial amount of rotted siding and trim as well as correcting the prior work of others which needed redoing. We used him gladly for subsequent projects and would do it again any time. Absolutely first rate!!!!”
