“My husband and I hired John to completely rebuild an old stone house. We chose him over two other builders not because he was the cheapest, but because the quality and workmanship he displayed were just what we were looking for. John oversaw the entire job, from demo to the finished trim, inside and out. The job entailed tearing the roof and second story, adding a sun room, and then completely rebuilding the house. It included a new second story, all new plumbing and electrical, new kitchen, new bathroom, everything. We wanted to rebuild the house even better than it had been, and that's what we did. We were extremely pleased with John's work and that of the sub-contractors with which he worked. John was on the site every day either overseeing the work, or doing it himself. He was always professional, enthusiastic, and up front about the costs and time the job would take. He gave us great ideas about finishing trim and even milled it himself. Our house is beautiful and well built. If we had to do it over again, we would hire John.”

“I used MFM several years back to remodel my kitchen. I am a 93 year old woman living in North Plainfield. My old kitchen was original and everything needed to be removed. Marcus and Jonathan were wonderful to work with! They came here every morning with great big smiles on their faces. I had a great time talking to them as they worked here daily. They had other fellows that they used for electric and plumbing that were equally as friendly. My kitchen is my favorite place in the house because I love to bake. When they finished I baked them my special Apple Pie and some cookies. They come back sometimes to say hello and get more cookies. Thank you again for such a great kitchen! “After interviewing 3 contractors to renovate our basement, we hired Bruen Design. We could not have been more pleased. Carl truly listened for our needs during our initial design meeting(s), and he came up with a design that fit our needs AND budget. The work was done neatly with little interference to our lives. Carl and his team were very respectful of our home. The work was done beautifully (pics later) and on time. They may have even been a little more detailed oriented than I am :). The project came in exactly at the price it was quoted AND completed in a timely manner. Really, really thrilled with my new basement!”
