“They installed a concrete block wall on the east side of my property, repaired a small portion of the garage concrete slab, poured a new concrete garage slab outside of the garage door, poured concrete by fence posts, poured concrete along the concrete block wall, roof repaired by installing missing shingles on the east side of the house, north side of the chimney and nailed existing fascia on the west side of the house. Each person was very professional. All the projects were completed quickly and timely with beautiful quality ending results. All my questions were answered by Heather, Jennifer, Dave and his crew. Each person was very knowledgeable about each project. I am very satisfied with the completion of each project. I would hire this company again for future projects.”

At the start of our project, owner, Tim Rigsby gave us a very detailed outline of projected costs and deadlines. While the project was in progress, we received weekly emails updating us on the work that would be completed along with the specific days and times workers would be at our home. Tim made regular visits to the job site to make sure the work was being completed accurately and on time. Everyone was professional and courteous.
Our experience was very positive. The job was completed on schedule and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We love our new kitchen!

“Aspen Homes recently remodeled our kitchen. The end result is beautiful - better than we had imagined! I can't say enough about how easy they made the process. We gutted the kitchen, removed a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the dinning room - buried the header in the ceiling so it does not look like a remodel. We converted part of the dining room into a mud room with ample storage. We had to have windows removed and a new size added so we had to try and match the siding outside. We have wood floors inside that also had to be matched. There were so many little details i hadn't considered. Now, the amazing part... it was done in 4 weeks! Aspen did an incredible job of scheduling and lining up all of the contractors to complete this project. Everyone was great to work with, pleasant and they cleaned the worksite thoroughly every night. I can't say enough good things! Fantastic job Aspen Homes.”

“BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house.
in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price.
Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”
