“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”

“Firstly, I would like to thank Flavio Da Costa, Murilo (project manager) & his team for their work on our 3 bed property – they were amazing! Throughout the 4 month process, the work was progressing faster than schedule, as well as keeping to a very high standard. We had undertaken a whole house refurbishment - which includes but not limited to; wall demolishment’s, full house electrical rewiring, flooring, door replacements, decorating, bathroom, heaters, skirtings, stair bannister, kitchen – basically everything possible! Flavio & his team not only performed the work we requested, but it is evident they care about their work, and their work is not ‘just a job’. We were kept well informed throughout the process; communication was clear, fair and prompt. Flavio & his team were recommended to us from a friend, and I can see why becuase we are very happy with the entire process and final output – we would 100% recommend this company for any jobs you may have (big or small!).”

“I contacted COR to do a full design on my new flat. The process was super-organised and I didn't really appreciate how much work was involved in interior designing so I am very happy I did it! This was around 2 years ago and I am still so happy with the results on my flat. Camila made use of all the space perfectly and her use of colours was perfect for my taste. I was nervous when going into it that I might not be in control and that someone else would end up designing my flat for me - but this was definitely not the case. I always felt completely involved even though Camila took on all the work finding options, creating designs and organising painters and tradesmen etc. All I had to do was choose what was presented, and this was always consistent with what I told her I liked in our initial chat! Overall I'd definitely recommend COR as an interior designer - the hard work is what stood out the most, but Camila was personable and friendly throughout making it a very pleasurable experience.”
