“Nickerson Design and Construction Inc. is the best. I love everything this company did to my house. From the ceiling to the floors and everything in between were exquisite. This company used quality top of line products throughout the house. The workers were very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My whole house was completed in four weeks. These guys worked some nights until 10pm. This company is true to their motto, "We Build Your Dreams on Your Budget" . I recommend this company for whatever your needs are. I guarantee you it will be with top quality work.”

“I have photographed many of Botond Laszlo's projects and every time it has been an absolute pleasure. He is easy to communicate with, responds to any questions promptly, and has a very laid back and relaxed air about him. His work is of a very high quality, always a pleasure to shoot and he's very easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the market for a remodel or other contracting job!”

“They were very professional when I asked them to give me a generalized bid (dollar per square foot) on a custom home, and I was up front that I had a builder already in mine but wanted to make sure I was in the ballpark for custom home pricing. They had built a home for my neighbors and had done a great job. Ultimately I went with the builder I had already begun the process with, and this particular builder is very closely tied to my family. Had this not been the case, I'm confident Amber DiLane would have been my top 1 or 2 choice based on the work I've seen, recommendations from others who've used them, and overall reputation.”

As the realtor finding them homes to convert, I can speak highly on the professionalism of the company and especially its owner, Sohail Ahmed. More than that, I can say that he does amazing work on the homes he has purchased and then resold. From the original plan and design to the implementation and final product, the work was impeccable. The rehabbed houses looked beautiful. I have had other Realtors call me to ask me when his next project will be done because they want to be the first to show it to a buyer. I can't think of anyone else I would hire to do architectural work for me or my clients.”
