“I hired CEDB to do a complete remodel on my kitchen. I have nothing but high marks to say about Susan. She is excellent in her communication; very prompt. She is very capable to handle all the decisions for a project if that's what someone wanted but she is also happy to collaborate and incorporate the owner's ideas. She has a great rapport with the sub-contractors and works with them often which results in high quality work in a timely manner and the finish work actually gets completed! Compared to when I acted as the contractor for a previous kitchen remodel i can say that hiring CEDB made it so much easier.”

“Fernando's team repaired extensive dry rot damage to the back of our house. Fernando is very professional and provided us with a reasonable estimate before starting. They came when they said they would, made the repair quickly, and respected the rest of our property while they were working. My only hesitation in recommending their work is selfish - I know our "Money Pit" house will require more work and I don't want them to get too busy to come back!!”
