“Pete and his team did a complete refinishing of our basement. It was done in two stages: the first included designing the empty space to make it most functional for us. We needed apartment type living as our daughter and two granddaughters are living with us. We wanted as much light as possible which he accomplished with the installation of extra windows and great lighting. In addition to a living area, we needed a desk area, a bedroom and bath and plenty of usable storage. He covered existing support posts and added closets. The second stage was begun after three years when we decided a kitchen was also needed so Pete again used his design expertise by converting the desk area into a wonderful kitchen which includes plenty of cabinet and counter top space, a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and stove along with the addition of a beautiful, functional breakfast bar. Pete and his carpenters, plumbers and others were always respectful, on time and kept us abreast of what was happening on a daily basis. There were no unexpected delays. We could not have asked for a better outcome.”

“In the fall of 2015 I had my kitchen and first floor bathroom remodeled by Innovative Home Design & Remodeling, LLC. Owner Daniel J. Carr is extremely customer oriented. Dan and his team strive to meet and exceed the customer's expectations. Dan and his team combine a pleasant attitude with a "can do" attitude. The project they completed for me was done on time and within the agreed upon budget. During the project Dan went the extra mile to ensure the job was being done to my satisfaction. He personally made several trips to the granite, cabinet, and tile stores. He really wanted to make sure that everything matched perfectly and that I was truly happy with everything. I had to save for a long time in order to get these projects done and it was important to me that they were done right. In today's world it is difficult to find people that are going to do a great job at a fair price. It is also difficult to find people that are going to be neat and courteous while doing the work in your home. I can honestly say that Innovative Home Design & Remodeling, LLC met all my criteria. “These guys hands down are one of the best contractors in bucks county and surrounding area. The 1st project they did for me was 4 years ago when I got my restaurant done with them in Philadelphia. They are very professional and finished the job within the time promised. A year ago I hired them again for another restaurant. It was a breeze. “My husband and I hired John to completely rebuild an old stone house. We chose him over two other builders not because he was the cheapest, but because the quality and workmanship he displayed were just what we were looking for. John oversaw the entire job, from demo to the finished trim, inside and out. The job entailed tearing the roof and second story, adding a sun room, and then completely rebuilding the house. It included a new second story, all new plumbing and electrical, new kitchen, new bathroom, everything. We wanted to rebuild the house even better than it had been, and that's what we did. We were extremely pleased with John's work and that of the sub-contractors with which he worked. John was on the site every day either overseeing the work, or doing it himself. He was always professional, enthusiastic, and up front about the costs and time the job would take. He gave us great ideas about finishing trim and even milled it himself. Our house is beautiful and well built. If we had to do it over again, we would hire John.”
