“Complete bathroom renovation with design consultation. Offered good advice and organized the sub-trades who were all competent and personable. A few scheduling delays occurred but overall was well organized, and I was always well informed throughout the project. They assisted with a separate kitchen and bathroom update, and did many extra tasks to ensure the overall function and aesthetics of the entire project were satisfactory. “Charlie and Melissa did our renovation/new build on our 1927 bungalow that was completed in 8 months and 1 day. The scope of the project increased significantly with the discovery of a not so sound foundation. The planning and execution of each segment of the build went very smoothly. And when issues arose Charlie and his crew were able to respond quickly and to our exact specifications. The site was always looked after with as little impact as possible on our very understanding neighbors. During storms Charlie was there in the middle of the night making sure nothing was amiss. The crew and sub-trades that Charlie and Melissa employ were all stand up people with a great work ethic and an understanding of the stress a project like this is on a family. We have plans for Appleford to return to do our fence and build a new garage in the back yard.”

“Personal service and pride in workmanship is everything to Parsi Developments. We purchased a condo in Casa Bella from Parsi Developments in 2009. For 6 years Moji Shahab has always prompt to answer any questions and solve any problems we have had with our unit. This year we had drips and a puddle of water mysteriously appear on and off on our patio. Concerned about the possibility of an envelope leak Moji was quick to come out to take a look and deploy a team of experts to investigate and solve the problem. He was diligent in coming back over and over until the problem was solved. It turned out to be condensation from the dryer vent, He attends with contractors or repair men and checks back after repairs are done to ensure we are satisfied with both the service people and the job done. Our development is park like, an oasis in the middle of a busy community. Parsi Developments forethought to how actual owners will live and use the space was spot on. I would recommend Parsi Developments to anyone and would be thrilled to purchase from them in the future.”
