“Cody build a custom mid century’esk chicken coop for us. May not seem like a big deal but we aren’t a normal couple. This was a huge double coop with 2 separate runs on a mountain. Cody was a professional through and through. Came up w a design and went to work. It’s been over a year now and I hear the foxes every night and haven’t lost a hen yet. Plus it looks amazing!”

“Nick and his Dad are the best. They redid our two baths and kitchen. The upstairs bath was a complete tear down. The kitchen/family room was transformed from a 1960's kitchen to granite, stainless, windows, doors, walls, pantries, utility room, etc. They were professional, insightful, knowledgeable and finished our job in a timely fashion. We were living in another state and travelling back and forth and never had a delay or worry. We were in our house by May. He recommended other professionals for painting, insulation, etc. and they also were great to work with. His tile guys were the best. Can only say nice things about this contractor and would highly recommend them for any small or large job.”

“My husband and I hired John to completely rebuild an old stone house. We chose him over two other builders not because he was the cheapest, but because the quality and workmanship he displayed were just what we were looking for. John oversaw the entire job, from demo to the finished trim, inside and out. The job entailed tearing the roof and second story, adding a sun room, and then completely rebuilding the house. It included a new second story, all new plumbing and electrical, new kitchen, new bathroom, everything. We wanted to rebuild the house even better than it had been, and that's what we did. We were extremely pleased with John's work and that of the sub-contractors with which he worked. John was on the site every day either overseeing the work, or doing it himself. He was always professional, enthusiastic, and up front about the costs and time the job would take. He gave us great ideas about finishing trim and even milled it himself. Our house is beautiful and well built. If we had to do it over again, we would hire John.”

“These guys hands down are one of the best contractors in bucks county and surrounding area. The 1st project they did for me was 4 years ago when I got my restaurant done with them in Philadelphia. They are very professional and finished the job within the time promised. A year ago I hired them again for another restaurant. It was a breeze. “In the fall of 2015 I had my kitchen and first floor bathroom remodeled by Innovative Home Design & Remodeling, LLC. Owner Daniel J. Carr is extremely customer oriented. Dan and his team strive to meet and exceed the customer's expectations. Dan and his team combine a pleasant attitude with a "can do" attitude. The project they completed for me was done on time and within the agreed upon budget. During the project Dan went the extra mile to ensure the job was being done to my satisfaction. He personally made several trips to the granite, cabinet, and tile stores. He really wanted to make sure that everything matched perfectly and that I was truly happy with everything. I had to save for a long time in order to get these projects done and it was important to me that they were done right. In today's world it is difficult to find people that are going to do a great job at a fair price.
