“Mark Jordan listened to every concern and wish on our list. He was available by phone, phone message, in person, on the job. His positive attitude and wide experience inspired our confidence and helped us remodel a 2000 sq. ft. home located in the historic district of Tampa. He and his co-workers did beautiful work and solved problems without work delays. From mid-June until December (2011) our project moved from bare studs to finished perfection.”

“II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

“I have used Juan Carlos Ricardes, as well as his company, as a consultant for varied projects for my commercial law office. These projects have included graphic design and brand imaging; interior design projects within the framework of my commercial law office space, as well as a consultant to address existing design flaws inherent in the commercial law office space prior to his involvement. Further, I intend to involve him in key aspects of the overall redesign, both exterior and interior, of my new personal residence. The reasons why I have been so satisfied with Juan Carlos Ricardes is his broad experience to include both interior and exterior design of residential and commercial spaces, as well as his experience with graphic design. Juan Carlos Ricardes has been consistently creative, professional and courteous, but with a keen eye to the overall cost constraints that inevitably face these projects.”

“Voss Builders gets my highest recommendation! We had an old deck with a pergola that was in much need of an update. Voss Builders was one of three companies I interviewed and I hired them based on my interview with Pete Voss. Pete put together an excellent crew, worked with my wishes for a new deck area with a roof over it, and was totally considerate of my inputs. Pete was hands-on throughout the process and put together an excellent design. He and his crew were on time on a daily basis and on time with the project. I liked what he was doing so much that I added a re-do of my front porch deck and railings. I now have a beautiful covered deck in the back that we use every single day. It blends in with the house perfectly and in fact looks like it always belonged there. I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism of Voss Builders. I would not hesitate to hire them again for my next major project.”
