His crew was always there on time, very polite, and kept the job site very orderly. We appreciated the time Lorenzo took to walk us through the job site and propose new ideas that were not necessarily on the project plan such as frosting the windows of a sliding door and creating drawers/shelves in the wall to make the most of our space. ON TIME & ON BUDGET: I've heard many horror stories from people who hired contractors where projects got prolonged or went way over budget. We never got surprise invoices with numbers we didn't agree on and he got our project done on the day we needed to move in.
