“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

“I whole heartedly recommend Highline Design & Build. Having been let down last minute by my builder, Justin and Dan stepped in to undertake my garage conversion. Their quote was provided expediently and was very competitive. From the outset, every member of the team was professional, polite and trustworthy as well as patient with a very demanding client! Justin and Dan were happy to accommodate any changes without fuss and took on additional landscape works including new driveway and piers without any delay to the program. The workmanship of all trades was excellent and I am very happy with the results. I will certainly be using Highline Design & Build for future projects.”

“Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“Red Studios designed and built a large wardrobe, 2 shelf units and a matching headboard for what is known as our dressing room. They delivered and installed everything on time and to budget and were helpful and pleasant throughout. They also followed up a few weeks later to check everything was still okay, which it was. “We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”
