“Highmark did a complete remodel of our 1926 home. It now feels like a new home but still has the charm and special touches of a home from the 1920’s. Highmark is a high caliber builder—they pay attention to quality materials, customer service, and details. Their subcontractors are professional and reliable. Their design people (both architectural and interior) are talented and creative. Their owners/managers are experienced and honest. We particularly appreciated interior designer, Kristen, who helped us create a classic, warm ambience; and project manager, Matt, who was always there with a smile and a plan when the going got tough; and, of course, Highmark owner Jim who had the vision of what our home could be to begin with and who got the whole process rolling. We just finished our yearlong remodeling project and are very happy with the result; we now have a home that will be energy efficient, safe, and stylish for the next 100 years. Thanks, Highmark, for doing a great job and for being all-around good people. We would recommend Highmark to others who are contemplating building a new home or remodeling an existing one.”

“We had McDonald Remodeling consult and assist us with the interior design of our home. We also discussed various remodeling options as well to try and fully utilize our spaces. They were excellent communicators and made the process much easier for us. Without them we had been trying to figure out what to do for two years! Their level of service was great and came to our house on multiple occasions for consultations. It made a process that we began to dread, fun again. Our home is finally feeling like our own!”

“We hired Healthy Exposure Construction, Inc. to help us with water intrusion in our finished basement. They were superb! They did a very thorough investigation to determine exactly where the water was coming from, and to determine what needed to be done. Their knowledge of construction and environmental concerns were instrumental to not only our construction project, but also to our family’s health. Not only did they solve the problem we initially had, but they discovered high levels of radon, and discovered several small gas leaks. All of these issues were creating a very unhealthy environment for our family. Healthy Exposure Construction corrected all of these issues in a very professional manner. Their work was exceptional! We were so impressed with their level of service and high quality work, that they were the only choice for us for our current remodeling project. Not only does my house look great, but we are living healthier too!”
