They stepped up to the challenge when we told them we needed the house liveable sharpish as our moving date had dramatically come forward and they got us in. Now finished the house is fantastic and the team were always on hand to help and to share their experience on things they thought could be better designed or function better. “Nathan has a no nonsense approach and if he said he would do something, he did. How refreshing that was. Although obviously busy, we felt we had lucked out as having a builder where the trades are all lined up one after the other without big gaps in between was such a relief. We had 2 bathrooms turned into 1 large one. I had done my own hand drawn scale drawings and we had bought all the products, many other companies don't like that but Willow Tree were not phased by anything and did not complain. They were flexible and accommodating and very professional. The project went smoothly and the different tradesmen were excellent at their job. We were particularly impressed by the main bathroom installer who worked hard, had very high standards and was pleasant to have around. As I said to Nathan, best experience I have had of using a builder and I just hope we can use him again. Bit worried he'll be too busy though.”
