“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

That was over the course of more than 10 years, so I am clearly very happy with their service. I'm planning to hire them again for a bathroom renovation within the next year.
I find them very responsive and easy to work with. Keith, the owner, was very involved in my projects and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is up to his high standards.
The subcontractors were professional and trustworthy. They showed up each day, although a few times they were late. In my view, if that is the worst experience in a renovation, you've done well.
None of my projects ever exceeded budget due to any omissions on Knockout's part. and deadlines within Knockout's control were always met.

He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. When you've hired Done Right Remodeling you've made an educated choice.”

“I consider Diversified a design team, as well as a top sub-contractor, who not only identify the right construction solutions but understand a project from an architectural, engineering, and interior design perspective. I have employed Diversified to provide me with all three services, architectural plans, engineering work (including obtaining obtaining permits) and subcontracting work.
Diversified does a good job in holding the subcontractors accountable that work is done well and on time. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away.
My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy).
While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done.
I absolutely recommend Diversified.”
