“Excellent professional experience and service, in January 2017 started to have my kitchen extended with full new kitchen e.g under floor heating , new ceiling, plumbing ,electrical work, walls boarding and plastering. They recommended a great place to get my wall tiles, marbled flooring and everything was fitted with beautiful finish. All painting and decotrating was done by them within the time frame i wanted and around my budget. I would Highly recommend this company .”

Shay and his team are so professional and attention to detail and ensuring the customer is happy is clearly important to them all. Our installers George & Luke were amazing - great work and clean and tidy and stayed until the job was done each day. Compete process of taking out original bathroom and installing new one was a week. Great work and added benefit was they were at least 1/3 cheaper than other quotes any higher quality products.”

“Last year we employed GE Construction Ltd to build a kitchen extension and patio area, and I must say we are delighted with the end result. Gary Earp wasn’t known to us before we employed him and from his very first visit it was very obvious to us that he was very professional, had very high standards and high expectations from his team. We discussed our plans in depth and everything went like clockwork under Gary’s supervision. We were initially worried about having a team of tradesmen around the house for three months however it was no problem at all. The team arrived promptly at 8.00 am every day and left at 4.30 pm leaving everywhere clean and tidy. There was no smoking on site and no bad language. His team were very polite, considerate and conscientious taking great pride in their work. Gary was always around and was happy to help with any queries that we had and to advise us on any issues that arose during the project. Since the extension was completed Gary has been back to check that everything is o.k and for piece of mind we know he is only a phone call away. “The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. In addition the collaboration with the planning and conservation teams was first class and made a real difference. We remain extremely pleased with all the work!
