“I had an outstanding experience with Great Rooms in the redesign of my kitchen, laundry room and powder room. They even contracted to have my stairs rebuilt in hardwood. Katlyn led the design work. She delivered a design that gave me much more storage and usability for the size of my kitchen. We used the Houzz website and app to share ideas. Because of Katlyn's strong and creative design sense and the Houzz app, everything went smoothly - from picking cabinets, tile, wall colors, granite and fixtures. Many of my decisions were made over e-mail. Katlyn got to know me and sent me pictures of options. She made the design process very easy and enjoyable. Once designed, Great Rooms delivers a project plan that lays out the experience and expectations to the week and day. They have delivered on the plan consistently throughout. Heath led the construction work and kept me informed throughout. He let me know when I should expect key milestones and when I should be out of the house. He helped me pick just the right color for my hardwood floors to go with the other selections. I can't say enough good things about Great Rooms and the experience Katlyn and Heath delivered. Through thorough up front planning, design, and expectation setting, they go on to deliver a high quality final product! I couldn't be happier!”

“BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house. in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price. Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”

“I stumbled across the Cypress Hill website when I was looking for a builder. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Cypress Hill Development. Dan Buie of Cypress Hill built a new home for me and I could not be happier with the process and the result. I have three words to describe my home: quality, quality, quality. “We moved into our Tiburon-built home about 7 months ago. Building with them was so wonderful! I can't imagine not using a design-build firm...Linda and Bruce made themselves available to help with all major decisions...and many of the smaller ones that I wanted their input for. Linda also helped tweak the design in several areas (mudroom layout, kitchen ceiling application, and built-in design)...we love how those things turned out! They specialize in our style of home (shingle style...east coast look) and they did an amazing job on all of the details. The subs they hired were all very professional and talented. The painters were amazing! They did a good job sticking to the timeline of the project (which was longer than some other builders...but the detail work was worth the wait)! We are thrilled with our home and would highly recommend Tiburon Homes if you are considering a custom build.”
