“We inherited a 1970's "avocado green" galley kitchen. We did the best we could with simple homeowner improvements (replaced appliances, etc) but finally had to do a remodel. After interviewing several design/build firm, with went with Anthony Wilder.
They created a design within our budget, and made some important safety upgrades that previous contractors had done incorrectly. We took out an interior wall and bumped out the back wall. We bought new high-end applicances, custom cabinets and installed hardwood floors. We also added a lovely back patio. The AWDB employees supervised every step of the remodel and made sure we were 100% satisfied.
We love our new kitchen! It's been over 2 years and we still get compliments on its design and its beauty. Best of all, the total design and craftsmanship has greatly increased the value of our home.”

“Carnemark designed and implemented two major renovations for our home. We had used other contractors in the past, but they are the first ones we ever hired back for a second project. We are already thinking about our third with Carnemark!
The first project was primarily outdoor work which was a combination of modernizing our look and fixing some water problems -- stuccoed the exterior, installed a metal roof, installed a glass and metal front door entrance and garage door, buried electric and cable wires, replaced cement driveway, installed slate and stainless steel rails at front entrance, installed new outdoor house and yard lighting and fixed a leaky basement wall.
We were so pleased with this work, that we rehired them 2 years later for an interior overhaul -- new modern kitchen, reconfigured floor plan, updated bathroom, installed stainless steel railings and steps, new lighting, new air-conditioning duct work and radiators, and new large format tile flooring throughout.”

“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift.
Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside.
Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet.
I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home.

“My wife and I purchased a new spec home from Mitchell & Best and we are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail. The house is amazingly tight, we had a gas line that was damaged during some construction on the street and were without gas for 5 hours. It was below 30 degrees and windy and during the 5 hours the house temp dropped 3 degrees from 72 down to 69. I highly recommend this builder.”
