“My husband and I retained Integrity to build a new cottage on our property on the north shore of Lake Simcoe. They are a design build timber frame firm. There are three principals each with a different responsibility. Phill is the designer and with our input we settled on a beautiful design for a timber frame hybrid very quickly. We then decided to proceed with the firm after checking out references who raved about them and we are so happy we did. The project is being supervised by Rob and Gerald is in the back ground providing the timber frame and the SIP panels and other custom construction materials. Integrity is providing the shell with most of the outside finished and then will supervise the trades who complete the interior. Our site supervisor, Joe has a great crew and the care in workmanship is obvious. Integrity has also been very careful will our treed lot which we appreciate. We are really pleased with how this project is coming along and highly recommend this firm to anyone building in the Lake Simcoe or Kawartha Lakes region.”

“Luke and company renovated our 2 bedroom + den condo this summer/fall. He and his team are tops! The work was top notch and he and his crew were terrific. What they did: - all new laminate floors & baseboards - all new kitchen (everything, install, plumbing, paint, floors, etc) - replaced all lighting fixtures, closets & doors - HVAC cleaning - patched & fixed a bunch of other little things (unit was in really rough shape when we took ownership)\ Now our condo is a jewel - A JEWEL I TELL YOU - and we're very proud. Everyone who has come to visit us, friends/family, are blown away. I'll post pics later.”

While our exterior redesign was on the smaller scale of projects for zaxis, we were never made to feel that way. They educated us so much on the principles of good architecture, the importance of balance in design, design materials, etc. Throughout the design process they gave us options along with their recommendations on what we should do. The design process was incredibly collaborative. The construction process, stress free and easy. The final product was exactly what we hoped it would be. Not sure there’s anything that could have made working with zaxis a better experience. Hopefully one day we get to design our dream home with them.”
