During our first meeting, Rafael Rosete understood what our needs were perfectly and he came up with an even better vision and design than what we had in mind, which completely sold us on the project. This made the quotation phase go much more smoothly. He also accompanied us while looking for Stone material and guided us expertly through the material selection process.The planning, project management and execution of the work was just flawless and very efficient. The crew had thought and planned every minor detail and had the correct tools and equipment for the tasks. It was a much bigger project than we had anticipated. The crew finished the project on time even after we added a few last minute requests. And they were always very professional and helpful while fulfilling the new requests. “Chris helped us with the renovation of our home 7 years ago. He is knowledgeable about both building and design so it was basically one stop shopping. If I had an idea about a fixture or design choice, I could text or email ideas to him and he would get right back to me right away with his opinion. All of the crew were top notch- pleasant and hard working. He also has excellent plumbers, electricians, roofers etc. lined up to work on his projects. The only negative, which turned out to be a positive, was that Chris pushed me to do things that at the time I wanted to save money by skipping. In the end I was so happy he had given me that extra nudge. We now have a beautiful home that I love living in and that our friends always compliment. Isaac had not joined the team when we worked with Chris, but I know him to be hard working family man.”

“Our choice of a contractor to come in and redo our kitchen and master bathroom came down to two candidates. We ultimately went with Teakwood Enterprises, who was slightly more expensive, but WAY worth it. Not only were all of the workers respectful and professional, but a pleasure to talk to! The whole crew was just really nice. And the job lead was incredibly particular about details for the project. He enjoyed design and shared some of his thoughts with us as we were telling him what we wanted done. We quickly learned to trust his judgment with things like tile patterns and layouts. We loved his design ideas and approved all of them. What was cool, though, was we could tell he wasn't being pushy. And none of them came with additional cost - he just wanted the project to look nice. And it does! These guys did amazing work, and we're so happy we chose him. If there's any future projects we need done, we will definitely be calling Teakwood Enterprises first.”

Josh's eye for DESIGN and FUNCTIONALITY is so helpful. He has a wonderful sense about what the final product will look and feel like. “We searched high & low in RVA for a local craftsman who could bring our vision of a porch swing alive. After several non-returned calls to prospective fabricators - we searched Houzz & found Thomas Trades. Reviewing their online portfolio gave us a vibe that they could handle a variety of fabrication & carpentry we were seeking. After a month+ long contact, interview & design consultation period, we were delighted that TTLLC could provide us an idea that is partial to our modern taste while still extending our home's wood/metal characteristics out onto the porch. Both John - artisan & his partner, Rain - design coordinator - provided design guidance & patience as they led us from what we thought we wanted to what we actually wanted. The proof are in the attached photos. We couldn't be more delighted in the outcome. Simple. Elegant. All ours. We are truly 21st century discoverers who love technology. And to be able to locate TTLLC via the web & conduct design business in a modern way sure beats the old fashion way of beating the bush & seeing who shows up much less return our phone calls.
