He followed the architectural design and adjusted where needed. He consulted closely with us on every aspect of the construction inside and out, accommodating our changes and adding design elements inside the house that significantly improved the look and feel of the rooms. “We had a full renovation with our home and it was a massive undertaking by our standards. Martin helped in answering all of our questions, giving us plenty of time to consider all of our options. The work included, a new kitchen, bathroom, wood floors, recessed lighting, media connections, new closets, removing walls, crown molding, painting. The fact was, everything we had ultimately asked for was done to our exact specifications. Even when we messed up and told Martin the wrong type of tile in our bathroom, he went in and replaced it with what we wanted. I believe that Martin's communication with how we envisioned our renovation going was exceeded only by the work that he performed. Truly a great experience and we recommend TC design & Builders when you want any kind of work to get done.”
