“I have purchased one of the residential properties designed and built by TerraTech. What differentiated this house was the design and the quality. The design of the house is very unique, which differentiates the house from the other houses in the neighborhood. One of the good features of the design is the maximization of the square footage available on the lot which resulted in a bigger house than the average houses constructed on similar lots. TerraTech also impressed with the high quality of materials. Before purchasing this house I compared it to similar houses that were for sale at that time and the quality of the materials definitely differentiated Terratech. The house included triple windows, concrete deck, landscaping, vinyl fence, higher ceiling, and energy efficient appliances. We did not find these features on the other houses with the same budget. We definitely recommend TerraTech. When we bought the house we were sure that TerraTech`s main goal wasn`t to maximize the profit. TerraTech`s main goal was to differentiate themselves through high quality work.”
