He was always on time, very courteous and very professional. He even put on little booties before he walked across my floors. The results were unbelievable. “We chose Ginger and DBS to install plantation shutters in our home recently and couldn't be more pleased. We researched other companies but decided on DBS because of their in depth knowledge and professionalism in all facets of plantation shutters. Installation was on time and complete, no glitches or problems. Their product is top notch and we have had no problems since installation. “Carolyn is an exceptional professional. We have ordered blinds for the entire house we are remodeling. She has helped us pick out the blinds and had our interests in mind. We have had problems with the remodeling people so we have to keep changing the installation date. Carolyn has been great about not putting pressure on us to have the blinds installed, even though they have been ready for months. I would definitely recommend her in the future to any one planning to get blinds.”
