“When I called Rick from West Window Fashions and left a message he immediately returned my call. My budget was a little tight so after discussing the options for my home he made me aware of the different manufactures he offered. I wasn't aware that there are other manufactures that make similar products to Hunter Douglas that are more affordable. He also help me understand how to maximize my dollar. In my case I wanted the Hunter Douglas Shutter so he helped me find a way to make them work. We went with the Hunter Douglas Shutters for the front of the house and Master Bedroom and off brand honey combs for my sons room who works nights. For the rest of the house that doesn't get much use we went with a off brand faux wood to save money. Thanks for the help Rick I really appreciate it!”

“Prior to purchasing shutters for my home I had received several estimates over the course of several weeks. Service First came in with very reasonable pricing compared to the others. The quality was also noted as being definitely there. Also, when making a purchase I am also concerned about service. Anthony’s continual outreach and support was outstanding throughout the entire process. Installation was prompt and efficient. I could not have asked for better with either the product or installation.”

“We followed a recommendation from our fantastic contractor to get advice, measurements and install from Davis Home Trends. Worked with Paula and could not be happier. Paula helped up to arrive at a solution for a hard to reach window for a narrow window in our bathroom (we were shooting for a zen feeling) and for two windows in a bedroom. The end result was functional and hit the aesthetic we were looking for. I'll include pictures but they don't do it justice. Loved too that the remote for the hard to reach window was a black rock, which you can see on the window shelf at the end of the tub. Wouldn't know it was a remote unless you turned it over. Also, the window treatments are of great quality. I look forward to working with this company again and highly recommend them.”

“I took my blinds to Dart for a string that was broken. I dropped them off at 8 a.m. and they were ready by 10 a.m. I had just purchased a house. The blinds probably had never been cleaned. Dart referred me to his brother Chris who cleans blinds. Chris came to our house one evening, removed all 14 sets of blinds in various sizes. Returned them all 2 days later nice & clean and installed them. Both brothers were very easy to deal with. Both were very courteous & punctual.”

“I've had great experiences with the Blue Sage team since 2006, when they first put in my window coverings. They installed a Lutron system that automatically raises and lowers the shades at times that synchronize with sunrise and sunset. The shades are made of special fabric that reflects 99% of the sunlight yet is slightly transparent. The project happened without a hitch, despite the challenging: size of the windows: 18 feet tall and almost as wide. What I like best about the Blue Sage team is their friendly, knowing guidance through the maze of options and their continuing commitment to making the system work for me. Over the years, they've always been quick to respond to my questions about maintaining and modifying the system, despite all the time that has passed since the installation.”
