Starting with my salesperson, Tommy who was wonderful in walking me through my options on fabrics, colors, shade type etc. Initially, it was a daunting experience, as the variety of products seems endless, but Tommy supported me all the way with her expertise and design eye. The measurement and installation crew were equally effective and delightful. The whole process was seamless, down to clear billing and estimate information which was very useful. Right from the onset, your professionalism and expertise was so apparent. We purchased a 900 square foot home and added 600 square feet onto it including the replacement of all windows in the existing house and addition. We have had many trades and services completed throughout the renovation as you can imagine and have experienced some unfortunate unsatisfactory service.
