“Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

“The quality and beauty of the work that Gloria created for my home was outstanding. Her design concepts blended traditional motifs with innovative and unique updates. All the draperies and upholstered items she crafted for my home were executed with tremendous attention to detail -- everything looked bespoke in the best possible sense. My rooms seemed luxurious but so welcoming after receiving her touch. Moreover, working with her could not have been more fun and pleasant. Everything was delivered and installed promptly and professionally. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to have her help in redecorating my home.”

“Adrienne was very responsive and did what it took to make sure I was comfortable with styles and colors including coming to my house several times to get it perfect. She followed up exactly as she promised and oversaw the project through to completion and then made sure I was completely satisfied after it was done. This was the first time I met Adrienne. Several months later I hired her again for another project. I would highly recommend Adrienne.”

Her years of experience showed with creative ideas about the Smith and Noble products.We have a large number of window and this project is one I have been trying to put together for a very long time. I was having difficulty figuring out which to purchase and she came up with the perfect solutions. I would recommend her to anyone who would like a detail minded and professional person. “I have worked with Kathy several times in the past and have found her service extraordinary. I love the fact that she comes to the house and I can view the colors in my own home it makes a big difference. Her knowledge and advice always is extremely helpful. She has always sent the best installers which makes a big difference in the final product. I like that Kathy follows through and if there's any problems she gets them corrected. I definitely recommend Kathy and would never use anyone else!”
